I graduated from Department of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology, Mackay Medical College. After graduating, I got the speech therapist license and worked in hospitals for several years. When I helped people improve their language and speech ability by many different intervention techniques, I was curious about what happened in the brain. Therefore, I entered Graduate Institute of Brain and Mind Sciences at National Taiwan University.

My research interest is “speech acquisition in children with cochlear implants (CIs),” and I am currently under Prof. Janice Fon and Prof. Joshua Oon Soo Goh’s supervision. I plan to use the ERP technique to observe the difference in the speech acquisition processing in the brain between the children with CIs and normal-hearing children.
