Understanding how intelligent systems work

Master’s Students

Hi, I’m Cody, Li-Sheng Wang. I graduated from the Department of Psychology, National Chung Cheng University in 2022. I conducted research in Face and Emotion Laboratory and fortunately earned College Student Research Scholarship from Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) during my college year.

My research topics focus on age-related distance estimation distinctions. I analyzed the data from Yi-Hsiu Lee, who graduated from the lab. He asked participants to estimate the distance between landmarks and navigate under the spatial navigation framework. My thesis tries to explain why older adults exhibit more distortion in distance estimation. Also, the results have been shown in the annual meeting of the Society of Neuroscience at 2023 [URL], with support from Professor Joshua and National Science Committee (NSTC).

Out of research, I enjoy my free time playing gaming and music (usually indie bands). Additionally, I explore and learn the new skill and technology to improve my ability.
